6th March 2026

Monthly Round Up

February was a busy month at Landmark Systems as we continued supporting farms, estates and rural professionals across the UK.

From industry events and webinars to important Making Tax Digital updates, here are some highlights from the past month.

Connecting With the Industry

Our team across the UK spent time attending several industry events and conferences during February.

These events provided valuable opportunities to hear directly from farmers, consultants and industry leaders about the challenges currently facing the agricultural sector. Topics such as regenerative farming, diversification, production costs and strengthening the connection between farmers and consumers were widely discussed.

These conversations are incredibly important to us. They help ensure the software and services we develop continue to reflect the real operational and financial needs of modern farming and rural businesses.

Preparing Customers for Making Tax Digital

One of the key updates this month was confirmation that KEYinfinity, alongside KEYPrime, has now been officially approved by HMRC for Making Tax Digital for Income Tax (MTD IT).

With the April 2026 changes approaching, this milestone ensures that businesses using our software will be able to maintain digital records and submit their quarterly updates directly to HMRC in line with the new requirements.

For many farms and rural businesses, compliance changes can feel complex. Our goal is always to simplify these processes while ensuring customers have the tools they need to remain compliant and maintain clear financial oversight.

Supporting Agronomy Professionals

Education and collaboration remain an important part of what we do.

In February we hosted an exclusive webinar for members of the Association of Independent Crop Consultants (AICC), where we explored our agronomy and crop management tools.

The session looked at practical workflows, nutrient management and how consultants can transition systems while maintaining continuity for their clients.

Providing opportunities like this allows agronomy professionals to explore how digital tools can enhance decision-making while saving time in day-to-day operations.

Building Stronger Professional Partnerships

Another focus this month was our Trusted Partner Programme, which supports accountants, bookkeepers and rural professionals working with farms, estates and agri businesses.

The programme is designed to strengthen collaboration between financial professionals and rural businesses by combining specialist agricultural software with expert financial advice.

By connecting operational data with financial reporting, advisors can deliver deeper insights and help clients make more informed business decisions.

Celebrating Our Community

February also gave us the chance to celebrate the people who make the Landmark community what it is.

We announced the winners of our LAMMA prize draw, including a free year of our cloud accounting software KEYinfinity, and shared a team spotlight highlighting the expertise within our support team.

Our customers often tell us that having knowledgeable, UK-based support is one of the things they value most — and we’re proud of the team who deliver that support every day.

Looking Ahead

As we move into what already looks to be an exciting March, we’ll continue working with farmers, consultants and rural professionals across the UK to provide the software, support and insight needed to manage modern rural businesses effectively.

If you’d like to learn more about our software, upcoming webinars or partnership opportunities, we’d be delighted to hear from you.
