The Royal Warrant — A Hallmark of Exceptional Quality
The Royal Warrant is one of the most distinguished honours a British company can receive. Granted by His Majesty King Charles III, it recognises our provision of software and services to the Royal Farms at Windsor and Sandringham, and the Royal Stud at Sandringham.
Achieving it requires a minimum of five years’ service to the Royal Household, with rigorous evidence of product quality, reliability and sustainability credentials. For you as a customer, the message is simple: Landmark Systems software is trusted at the very highest level of British rural estate management. Farm Data Safe — Your Data Belongs to You
Your farm data — crops, livestock, land, finances — is some of the most sensitive information your business holds. Farm Data Principles is a not-for-profit organisation, endorsed by the NFU, AHDB and other leading agrifood bodies, that has developed the Farm Data Safe certification: the gold standard for farm data governance in Britain.
To achieve it, organisations must commit to four core principles:
- Your Data Is Your Data — you own it, control it, and it is never shared or sold without your explicit permission.
- We Make Data Easy — clear, consistent data practices and a commitment to supporting users.
- We Keep Your Data Safe – appropriate security standards and processes for managing any breach.
- We Are Transparent About Data Sharing – if data is ever used in aggregated form, we are completely open about what, how, and who benefits.
Holding Farm Data Safe certification is our formal, independently recognised commitment that your data belongs to you – full stop, and we are delighted to have recently been awarded this.
Cyber Essentials – Government-Backed Security You Can Count On
Your farm business holds sensitive financial records, payroll data, employee details and property information. Cyber Essentials is the UK government’s own cyber security certification scheme, overseen by the National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC), and it protects against the most common online threats through five controls: firewalls, secure configuration, user access control, malware protection, and security update management.
Most cyber attacks are the digital equivalent of a burglar trying the front door. Cyber Essentials ensures ours is firmly locked – independently verified, and renewed every year.
