Why are imported invoices not showing in Gatekeeper?

If you change your Gatekeeper Business Name (Setup/Businesses/Details) when using the Gatekeeper link to import invoices from KEY to Gatekeeper it is important to "Export Resources" (Trading/Import/Export/Export) in order to update the company name in the link file.

If you have done this and lost imported transactions from the "Import" screen.

  • Change Gatekeeper Business name back to original name
  • Import transactions
  • Change Gatekeeper Business name back again
  • Export Resources
