Adding a new dimension to benefit KEY Property users

Landmark is pleased to announce a new module to KEY Property to assist in the management of maintenance work within a property portfolio called Works Management.  Nigel Parsons, MD of Landmark says: “This is a simple time-saving tool for anyone involved in Property Management by simplifying the allocation of work, notifying all parties concerned and tracking the work in progress.”

Adding a new dimension to the program Works Management replaces paper notes and telephone messages by creating space for logging calls and assigning them to an external user or a contractor whose details are all contained within a contractor file in the program.

Each call type shows a default message which can then be attached to an email – the Works Management module links directly to Outlook email and Word for letters.  Follow up calls are scheduled and appear in the Diary and notification is given to all parties involved the tenant, the landlord and the contractor.
The full reporting option allows control of tenders, can be sorted by contractor and assignee, and enables monitoring of the work in progress for any job.
