King West is a firm of Chartered Surveyors, Land and Estate Agents with principal offices in Market Harborough and Stamford, at the heart of England’s thriving Welland Valley, a location that enables the practice to offer Farm & Estate Management and Conservation of Heritage Property amongst its list of property services.

King West is using Landmark’s newest operating system, KEYPrime Accounts software to run the practice accounts and their estate client accounts. The software system is fully integrated with Landmark’s KEYPrime Property program removing the need for double data entry from any member of the team. Linking the software systems not only aids efficiency but reduces the opportunity of error and thus improves the efficacy of the practice as a whole.

"Our systems are often complicated by multiple landlords, many client accounts and differing  property management service level agreements. Using the integrated KEYPrime systems allows single data entry with visibility throughout the practice and an ability to drill down into real-time data’ comments Rupert West FRICS of the firm’s Land Agency department."

The practice also uses an Intex EARNIE payroll program supplied by Landmark to manage the people side of clients’ business.  The Windows based operating system allows simple communication between clients and their Associates within King West.

“Land Agents within the King West team have access to KEYPrime Property and the accounts team update the files daily so that  data is live and in real-time for all stakeholders to see. This system also allows the diary planning of routine building maintenance and the review dates of contracts - for example tenancy agreements can all be held in one, easily accessible place.” explains Jules Weston, Head of Accounts and Administration at King West and a main user of the Landmark software.

"The software is user-friendly and combines simple data entry with flexibility. Of particular note is the live help telephone system for support. There is never any endless queuing and help is readily available with training offered on site by the Landmark team.
