On Site Computer Training

Landmark can provide initial training on all products we supply and more extensive, in-depth training on our own KEY software.

We offer onsite training at your offices on a one-to-one basis so that the day can be tailored to your requirements, all the relevant paperwork is at hand and you have the trainers' undivided attention ALL day!

The flexibility of the KEY range means there are many diverse ways of producing information for management and accounting purposes.  We will help you achieve what you want whether it is for your farming business, your property/estate management or more diversified enterprises like consultancy, retail or Bed and Breakfast.

  • Initial Training/Advice

 

An initial discussion is the first step so that we can help set up a program that best suits your requirements.  This will involve training on using the program on a day to day basis and outline management reporting and monthly routines.

  • Ongoing Training

 

After the initial training a period of consolidation may be necessary. Perhaps three months later it is good to have another training/familiarisation session when you can learn some of the shortcuts and other helpful hints from our trainers.  Budgets may be best left to be trained later, or you may add an extra module that you would like help with.

  • New Staff Training

 

A new member of staff may be trained more effectively by our staff and not pick up “old tricks” from your outgoing staff.  At the same time we often give advice on how the system could be run more efficiently.

Field Services

A unique part of the Landmark experience showing the pro-active side of customer support.  A Field Service visit can be booked at any time of year but financial ‘year end’ visits are the most popular. At the start of an expansion, restructuring or diversification a member of the Landmark team on-site can ensure that figures under scrutiny are accurate and inclusive.
