Nigel Parsons is a founder director of Landmark and ex-Harper Adams (AMBA '77-'80). Nigel decided early on a career in agriculture and spent his school holidays and student work experience year on a variety of UK farms. With a background of sales and marketing, Nigel enjoys meeting clients and referrers throughout the year at shows, seminars, workshops and on farms. He is always available via the Pulborough office to discuss new ideas and to receive feedback on current products.

Mary Collis has been with Landmark since its outset and was appointed a Director for Training and Support in 1999. Initially Mary was able to draw on her farm secretarial background together with her acquired knowledge of farming gained from growing up on a large, mixed Sussex farm. Over the last 20 years she has met many thousands of clients throughout the country talking in depth with them about their farms, estates or other rural businesses, which she finds interesting, stimulating and ultimately rewarding.

Jim Harrison supported Landmark from the outset and in the early years his Sussex farm was the company base. Jim participates in the running of his family-owned 1800 acre business, which runs a herd of 1000 cows, and has been active in many roles for the benefit of the agricultural industry over the years. He remains a director of Landmark and was the well-deserved winner of the 2002 Royal Association of British Dairy Farmers (RABDF) Princess Royal Award.
Crispin Rocholl joined Landmark as a trainer and salesman for East Anglia in November 1998, having spent nine years consulting on a wide range of farms for a national firm of business consultants. He quickly recognised the benefit of computers in agricultural recording as increasing amounts of data needed to be accurately analysed. He is now Landmark Systems´ Product Development Director with a special interest in product development and still retains an active role in selling and training. He feels that this is the best way to ensure that the product range is kept in line with the needs of the customer.
