KEY Property for Rural Estates

A property management software package providing rent roll management, diary and terrier functions,links to mapping and office software and many other features.

KEY Property can be run as a standalone product or linked to either KEY Accounts or KEY Advanced, where seamless integration is provided.

Where linked to KEY Accounts the purchase information entered via the accounts is instantly available to KEY Property as well as KEY Accounts.

 

Rent demands can be produced on plain or headed paper, in a number of different layouts 

 

Payment history and outstanding rent can be displayed by tenant, property and tenancy 

 

The diary provides the user with reminder dates for specific items (e.g. rent reviews) and user defined headings (e.g. boiler servicing) and may be downloaded to MS Outlook. 

 

The property screen displays relevant information about an individual property 

 

Tenancy screen combines property and tenant references. The relevant details are shown, which also activate the diary. 

 

Detailed property/terrier reporting is provided by the user-defined notes section. 

 

Property links to MS Office software and mapping progams.
Client accounting option available.
