KEY Cashbook

KEY Cashbook leads on from KEY Starter in the KEY Accounts range and provides a cashbook based recording system, specifically designed for agricultural and rural business. As well as providing standard bookkeeping functions, management recording, budgets and cashflow reporting are included.

KEY Cashbook contains all the features of KEY Starter plus:

  • Easy Set Up and Simple Data Entry

 

Choose from a pre-entered code list which can be edited or create your own. Quick and forgiving data entry with the ability to easily make contra entries. 

 

The enterprise or departments of the business can be separated for costing purposes. 

  • Debtors and Creditors

 

Although designed mainly as a cashbook, year end debtors and creditors can be entered and the supporting reports extracted for year end reporting. 

 

A full range of monthly, quarterly or annual reports are available with both budget and previous year comparisons.Drill Down Reporting provides immediate access to background figures. 

  • Analysis Codes

 

Provide the facility for costings to a specific machine, job or property. 

 

Create a budget from your own input, or copy a previous year's entries and adjust automatically by a chosen percentage. 

  • Audit Trail

 

The income and expenditure report is supported by a complete Audit Trail of entries. 

  • VAT Calculation

 

The monthly or quarterly VAT is calculated instantly at the touch of a button. 

  • Excel Export

 

The ability to export to Excel for further analysis is available throughout the program.
