KEY Accounts
KEY Accounts standard is the most popular version of our accounts range. It is well suited to the medium to larger size business where the requirements include a sales invoicing package, debtor and creditor control together with profit and loss and cashflow reporting.

Choose from a pre-entered code list or create your own. Whether on cash analysis or double entry, the entering of information is quick and easy and the information is only entered once.
The unique 'WTP' facility calculates payments due by date, with projected bank balance and provides an easy method of payment. Remittance notes are produced during the payment run with options for cheque printing or electronic transfer.
Allocating to an enterprise or department allows you to monitor specific areas of the business. Enterprise reporting provides the facility to produce a production report across any timescale, including across a financial year.
Full supplier and Customer Ledgers are maintained with detailed analysis.
The invoicer module is directly linked to the accounts, but provides the facility to invoice for almost any type of business as well as producing delivery notes, pro forma invoices and postponed invoices.
Comprehensive management reporting is available by profit and loss, cashflow and enterprise. Numerous report layouts are available and the ability to 'Drill Down' to transaction detail is provided.
Budgets can be created from within the system either from scratch or by drawing on previous years' figures for adjustment. Alternatively the budget can be created in Excel and uploaded into KEY Accounts.
A balance sheet, trial balance, fixed asset register and stock report are all included within the program.
- Audit and VAT
A full audit trail, prepared in a choice of formats is produced for your advisors. Monthly or quarterly VAT, calculated on a cash or invoice basis is instantaneously calculated and fully auditable.
Provide the facility for job costing, machinery costing or identifying income and expenditure to a specific property.
