KEY Cashbook

Will be your choice when you want a simple cash based accounting system, rather than running a sales or purchase ledger. If your business includes several enterprises or departments Landmark's KEY Cashbook provides the facility to report on them individually. You can also report over more than one financial year - eg for costing a major project. Cashflow and budgets are all part of the package.

KEY Accounts

Is suited to a business requiring accurate control over its finances, as well as good management information. Reporting on a profit and loss and cashflow basis is provided with budgets and previous years comparison. Full sales and purchase ledgers are included, with fixed asset register and a highly flexible sales invoicer module for rapid production of sales invoices, despatch notes, statements etc. Analysis codes provide job and project costing together, and a comprehensive reports library is included. Full compatibility with Excel is provided and also integration with Word.

Is for the larger and more complex business with a diverse structure and requiring additional levels of reporting. As well as providing additional layers of reporting the 'custom reports' module also provides the user a bespoke report generator. KEY Advanced also includes cheque writing or electronic banking facilities.
